What is Raw hair? 

 

Raw hair means natural human hair in its raw state. It’s not processed in any way either physically (like steaming for textures) or chemically ( like acids or chemicals). Raw hair most desired as it 100% natural hair. We do not add any chemicals and can assure you 100% Raw Hair.

 

What is Virgin hair?

 

Virgin hair is 100% unprocessed hair, which is its natural virgin state. You can colour the hair according to your preference and also apply heat to style it. Indian Mermaid hair is known for Virgin Hair

 

What is remy hair? Do you do cuticle intact hair.

 

Yes we do remy hair, remy hair means the cuticles in the hair follicle runs in the same direction. This features is important to recent tangling and matting in the hair. We take extra care while procuring the hair from donors. We bundle the hair first with a band (as a ponytail ) and only then shave the hair off the head to keep the cuticles in mono direction.

What are the different types of hair you do?

We do Indian Hair, Brazilian hair and Peruvian hair. These are the different types. The prices are same for all styles, just that curly textures are $4 extra than straight and wavy.

 

What textures do you do ?

 

We do all natural textures and broadly classify them as straight, wavy and curly. We do inatural textures and do not steam or process the hair for textures. The prices are same for straight and wavy textures and curly textures are $4 extra.

 

Is shipping inclusive ?

 

No. The shipping is extra and applied to the invoice at the end. Approximately it will be $155 to $175 For 50 bundles to UK, USA and Europe.

 

What is your tot ( turn around time) ?

 

Our current Tot is 5-9 Days from the day of receipt of payment.

 

What payments do you accept?

 

We accept bank transfer, transferwise (online and low fees) and western union ( for samples only)

 

Why you do not accept Paypal?

 

Since we only do wholesale transactions and Paypal is retail payment gateway we do not take Paypal as payment method.

Is your hair from single donor?

 

Yes we source the hair directly from Indian temples and get directly from donor and we assure it’s single donor hair.

 

Where do you source the hair from?

 

We source the hair directly from Indian temples in South India hence cut any middlemen or agent in between. We then transport th hair to our hair factory which is located in Chennai, to manufacture them into weaves. All the process happens in-house which helps s in maintaining the quality.

 

What grade of hair you do?

 

We do premium quality raw virgin hair, which is 100% unprocessed human hair.
